1. Acceptance of Terms

4. Withdrawals and Payouts

4.1 Withdrawal Methods

Withdrawals are processed via the same payment method used for deposits. Supported withdrawal methods include GCash, Maya, and bank transfer to Philippine banks. All withdrawals must be made to accounts registered in your name.

4.2 Withdrawal Limits and Processing Times

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. Standard accounts have a daily withdrawal limit of ₱50,000. VIP accounts may request higher limits. GCash and Maya withdrawals are processed within 5 minutes during business hours (8:00 AM – 10:00 PM PHT). Bank transfers are processed within 24 hours.

4.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

Before processing your first withdrawal, or at any time thereafter, 8k815 reserves the right to request identity verification documents to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and prevent fraud. Required documents may include:

4.4 Withdrawal Fees

4.5 Wagering Requirements

8. Account Closure and Suspension

8.2 Account Suspension by 8k815

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, 8k815 and its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

11. Dispute Resolution
